Global Director of Sales and Development (Microsoft solutions)

We are currently looking for Global Director of Sales and Development (Microsoft solutions) for a global company offering IT solutions for the B2B sector.

Our Client has 30+ branches that allow them to serve customers from over 150 countries. 

They are using 80 ecommerce platforms and over 40 traders in different parts of the world. In 2019 the company achieved a turnover of over PLN 430 million. Microsoft solutions are one of the key products delivered to the customers. Thanks to a direct CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) contract with Microsoft, they are able to deliver these solutions to almost all countries in the world. The company currently has over 150,000 users of Microsoft solutions in the cloud version and another thousands with perpetual licenses. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing sales and operational team working in different parts of the world in order to maintain the highest quality of customer service ensuring the highest quality of care for current and future company's customers using Microsoft solutions
  • Building sales and marketing strategies for new regions and countries as well as continuous strengthening of the position on existing markets
  • Building and maintaining partnership relations with the manufacturer's representatives in various regions around the world in order to maximize the development potential in selected markets
  • Developing the team's competences
  • Searching for new solutions, sales and marketing models in order to acquire new customers and become a global leader in the sale of Microsoft solutions

What do we expect from you?

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft solutions
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams and sales processes in the IT industry (welcome on an international scale) 
  • Great openness and commitment to the development of the strategy of the subordinate department on global markets
  • Very good people management skills (including dispersed teams)
  • Very good command of the English language
  • High communication and analytical skills
  • Business thinking and dynamism in action
  • Constant willingness to develop, both your own and that of your subordinate unit
